Within walking distance to several restaurants, bars, museums, breweries, and more! The Overlook offers a king bed, one bath, and a massive deck for morning coffees or sipping afternoon wine. Enjoy all of downtown Wilmington in this centrally located condo! You'll love the open concept floor plan of the main living spaces which all center around the doors leading to the balcony with amazing river views. The cozy living room has plenty of seating space for your group and leads to the updated kitchen with barstool seating at the peninsula. There's even a desk if you need to work during your stay. The bedroom is located at the back of the condo and has a king size bed with comfortable linens. The balcony is the best feature of the condo. Start your day by enjoying a coffee on your private space right over the Riverwalk, or end your day with a drink as you enjoy a Cape Fear sunset. Guests will have access to the entire condo and balcony. We have a locked owner's closet for our storage but otherwise you'll be able to use everything in the condo. Please note - this unit is on the second floor of the building (top floor) and stairs are required to access the property. This unit is self check in. Hosts will be available through messaging. We provide a parking pass for one car in a parking lot located a few blocks from the condo.
